Branding Project for a Social Media Initiative Promoting the City of Piacenza

This branding project for Piacenza Segreta, a digital platform and Instagram page showcasing local news, activities, and events in Piacenza, included the full development of the visual identity. I designed the logo, custom stickers, post and reel templates, as well as concepts for posters, outdoor advertising, and packaging. The branding combines a vintage and fun aesthetic with a classy touch.

Ornate elements in the logo are inspired by the gates that conceal the private secret gardens in the city center, creating a distinctive and original visual signature. The color palette spans muted green and deep burgundy, accented with vibrant blue and yellow, reminiscent of the traditional pasta from the local valleys.

The project’s goal was to convey authority and set the platform apart from competitors, establishing a strong and recognizable identity. The result is a visual identity that truly uncovers the charm of Piacenza, making the secret visible and memorable.
